Rap Corp Limited will halt share trading October 1, 2026, per SEBI regulations

Rap Corp Limited, formerly known as Rap Media Limited, will close its trading window for share purchases and sales starting October 1, 2026, in accordance with its insider trading policy and SEBI regulations, the company informed the BSE Limited. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the conclusion of a board meeting scheduled to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, with the board meeting date to be announced separately.
