Qualitek Labs closes securities trading window ahead of financial results declaration

Qualitek Labs Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its trading window for dealing in securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct.
