Shree Salasar Investments closes trading window post-September 2026 results declaration

Shree Salasar Investments Limited will close its trading window for securities starting October 1, 2026, and continuing for 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct; the date of the board meeting to consider the financial results will be announced later.
