Madala Holdings Limited, formerly known as SoftSol India Limited, will close its trading window for securities transactions from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of its unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI regulations and the company’s code of conduct.
