Simbhaoli Sugars’ Misra transitions to Non-Executive Director amid insolvency resolution

Simbhaoli Sugars Limited informed the BSE and National Stock Exchange of India that Mr. Sachchida Nand Misra (DIN: 06714324) completed his tenure as Whole-time Director and Chief Operating Officer on September 17, 2026, and will continue as a Non-Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer with effect from September 18, 2026; the company is currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, with Mr. Anurag Goel appointed as Interim Resolution Professional.
