KRN Heat Exchanger closes securities trading window ahead of financial results release

KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration Limited informed the BSE Ltd and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.
