Kedia Construction halts trading for insiders pending financial results release

Kedia Construction Company Limited will close its trading window for designated persons, including promoters, directors, auditors, key managerial persons, and their immediate relatives, starting Thursday, October 1, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations and the company's internal code for preventing insider trading. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, are made public and submitted to the stock exchange, with the date of the board meeting for approval to be announced later.
