IITL Projects Limited will close its trading window for company securities from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s ‘Insider Trading - Code of Conduct’ and Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations.
