Shricon Industries will halt trading for insiders following India’s insider trading regulations

Shricon Industries Limited will close its trading window for directors, key managerial personnel, promoters, designated persons/employees and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial statements for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
