Sammaan Capital Limited fulfilled interest payments on its secured debentures, per SEBI regulations

Sammaan Capital Limited announced that it has made timely payments of interest amounts on its Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures, including INE148I07NN5 with an issue size of 7.0005317 INR lacs and INE148I07ND6 with an issue size of 730.028 INR lacs, as per Regulation 57 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
