Carnation Industries will halt securities trading following quarterly results declaration in late 2026

Carnation Industries Limited will close its trading window for securities dealings from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct.
