Balu Forge Industries will halt trading for insiders following quarterly results release

Balu Forge Industries Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and specified connected persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, are released, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
