Narmada Macplast closes trading window ahead of quarterly results announcement

Narmada Macplast Drip Irrigation Systems Ltd. will close its trading window for all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons starting October 1, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, ahead of the consideration of unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, with the window reopening 48 hours after the results are declared to the stock exchange.
