Muthoot Capital Services will restrict trading for insiders starting October 1, 2026

Muthoot Capital Services Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it will close the trading window for dealing in securities for its designated persons and their immediate relatives starting October 1, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026.
