Dr. Lal PathLabs acquired an 80% stake in Sunshine Healthcare Limited in Ghana

Dr. Lal PathLabs FZCO, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dr. Lal PathLabs Limited, has completed the acquisition of an 80% stake in Sunshine Healthcare Limited (“SHL”) in Ghana, according to a regulatory filing on September 26, 2026, following prior approval on July 24, 2026.
