VMS TMT Limited to halt trading following a board meeting in late 2026

VMS TMT LIMITED will close its trading window for all designated persons and insiders from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the conclusion of a board meeting to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
