Shree Pushkar Chemicals closes trading window ahead of quarterly results release

Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for all designated and connected persons from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.
