Gujarat Intrux shareholders re-appointed M/s M A A K & Associates as auditors

Gujarat Intrux Limited informed the BSE Ltd. that members approved the re-appointment of M/s M A A K & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the company's statutory auditors for the financial year 2026-27 until the 35th Annual General Meeting, following a vote at the 34th Annual General Meeting on September 25, 2026.
