Sical Logistics restricts trading for insiders following SEBI regulations in late 2026

Sical Logistics Limited will close its trading window for designated persons, including promoters, directors, and key managerial personnel, starting October 1, 2026, and until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, as per SEBI regulations.
