Shiv Texchem closes securities trading window ahead of financial results declaration

Shiv Texchem Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
