Sarda Energy & Minerals closes trading window for insiders ahead of results release

Sarda Energy & Minerals Ltd. informed the BSE Ltd. and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that the trading window for its directors, key managerial personnel, and other designated employees will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.
