Nivaka Fashions Limited closes securities trading window starting October 1, 2026

Nivaka Fashions Limited will close its trading window for securities dealings by promoters, directors, key managerial persons, designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited. The window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, with the board meeting date for consideration and declaration to be announced separately.
