Greenpanel Industries closes share trading window for insiders ahead of financial results

Greenpanel Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's shares will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from September 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.
