Mangalam Organics shareholders appointed JMT & Associates as statutory auditors for five years

Mangalam Organics Limited said shareholders approved the appointment of M/s JMT & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the company’s statutory auditors for a five-year term at the 44th Annual General Meeting held on September 24, 2026, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India. The appointment, initially recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on July 28, 2026, is effective from the conclusion of the 44th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 49th Annual General Meeting.
