Sammaan Capital Limited announced that it has made timely payments of interest amounts on its secured redeemable non-convertible debentures, issued through a public issue and listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, including debentures with ISINs INE148I07VQ1, INE148I07VL2, INE148I07VJ6, INE148I07VH0, INE148I07VB3, INE148I07VT5, INE148I07VA5, INE148I07VK4, and INE148I07VI8, with total interest paid amounting to Rs 74.43 crore as of September 25, 2026.
