Manba Finance closes trading window for insiders following regulatory filing

Manba Finance Limited will close its trading window for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, are declared and submitted to the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited, according to a regulatory filing.
