Alfavision Overseas (India) Limited will close its trading window for all designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
