Southern Magnesium restricts securities trading for employees through September 2026

Southern Magnesium and Chemicals Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it has closed trading window for dealing in securities from October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2026, for the purpose of compliance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, for designated employees, promoters and connected persons.
