Arihant Capital Markets will close its trading window starting October 1, 2026

Arihant Capital Markets Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that it will close its trading window from October 1, 2026, for all designated persons and their immediate relatives in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
