Sammaan Capital Limited redeems outstanding debentures totaling Rs 99075.52 million

Sammaan Capital Limited announced it has made timely payments of principal and interest amounts on its Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures and Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures, issued through a public issue and listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited. The company certified that it paid interest amounts ranging from Rs 1.35 million to Rs 8768.19 million on various ISINs, with interest payment record dates of September 11, 2026, and actual payment dates of September 25, 2026, for all debentures. Additionally, Sammaan Capital Limited completed the redemption of all outstanding debentures with ISINs INE148I07GJ7, INE148I08231, INE148I07GK5, INE148I07GL3, INE148I07GN9, INE148I08249, INE148I08256, and INE148I08272, totaling Rs 99075.52 million, Rs 241.71 million, Rs 40449.91 million, Rs 2434.32 million, Rs 15.00 million, Rs 19534.79 million, and Rs 94.66 million respectively, with redemption date of September 26, 2026.
