Studds Accessories Limited halts trading for insiders pending financial results release

Studds Accessories Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives starting Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
