Shree Krishna Paper Mills halts trading for insiders pending financial results announcement

Shree Krishna Paper Mills & Industries Ltd. will close its trading window for designated persons, including directors and their immediate relatives, from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
