Krishna Capital closes trading window for insiders following SEBI regulations

Krishna Capital and Securities Ltd. will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
