Everest Industries closes share trading window for insiders ahead of financial results

Everest Industries Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's shares will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, with the date of the board meeting to be intimated later.
