Prithvi Exchange will close its trading window for insiders ahead of financial results review

Prithvi Exchange (India) Limited will close its trading window for designated persons, including insiders, starting October 1, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026, with the date of the board meeting to be announced separately.
