Vadilal Dairy closes trading window for designated persons ahead of results announcement

Vadilal Dairy International Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for its designated persons will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the Board of Directors meeting to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, with the board meeting date to be announced separately.
