Bhanderi Infracon shutters insider trading window ahead of September 2026 results

Bhanderi Infracon Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities by insiders will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
