Shivom Investment closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results disclosure

Shivom Investment & Consultancy Limited informed the BSE that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for designated and connected persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the disclosure of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
