Vikas Ecotech closes trading window for insiders pending financial results release

Vikas Ecotech Ltd. informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for its promoters, members of the promoter group, directors, designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
