Burnpur Cement Limited to halt trading for insiders following quarterly results release

Burnpur Cement Limited will close its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the company declares its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
