Ekam Leasing restricts trading for insiders following SEBI regulations in late 2026

Ekam Leasing and Finance Co. Ltd. will close its trading window for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
