M M Forgings closes trading window for insiders ahead of quarterly results

M M Forgings Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window will be closed for all Directors, Promoters, other Designated Persons and Insiders and their immediate relatives, with effect from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI regulations.
