PMC Fincorp shareholders approved Sunil K. Gupta & Associates as auditors for five years

PMC Fincorp Limited announced that its members approved the appointment of M/s Sunil K. Gupta & Associates, Chartered Accountants (firm registration no. 002154N), as statutory auditors for five consecutive years, from September 24, 2026, until the conclusion of the forty-sixth Annual General Meeting in the financial year 2031.
