Modern Dairies shareholders appointed Sanjeev Sharma & Associates as auditors for one year

Modern Dairies Limited informed the BSE that shareholders at the company's 52nd Annual General Meeting on Saturday, September 26, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s. Sanjeev Sharma & Associates as the Statutory Auditors for a term of one year and the re-appointment of Mr. Ashwani Kumar Aggarwal as Executive (Whole-Time) Director for three years.
