Krupalu Metals Ltd. will close its trading window for company shares and securities starting October 1, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026.
