New Light Industries Limited, formerly known as New Light Apparels Limited, will close its trading window for insiders, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
