Sangam Finserv halts trading for insiders pending September 2026 financial results

Sangam Finserv Limited, formerly known as Suchitra Finance & Trading Co. Ltd., will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026; the date of the board meeting to consider the unaudited financial results will be announced separately.
