Technocraft Ventures closes trading window for equity shares until after Q2 results

Technocraft Ventures Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of conduct regarding insider trading.
