Golden Legend Leasing closes trading window ahead of financial results announcement

Golden Legend Leasing & Finance Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for its securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the board meeting to consider financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI regulations and the company’s code of conduct.
