Gujarat Kidney halts share trading ahead of financial results announcement next quarter

Gujarat Kidney and Super Speciality Limited will close its trading window for company shares and securities starting Thursday, October 1, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct, and will reopen after 48 hours from the declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, by the Board of Directors, with the board meeting date to be announced later.
